Verifying Course Enrollment

At the end of each semester class or year class, the sending site instructor or administration should verify that classes sent have been verified.  Steps include:
  1. Login to NVIS - http://nvis.esucc.org 
  2. Go to the “management” tab on the upper right side
  3. Select “verify classes” option
    See Graphic Example at the bottom of the page
  4. Confirm the student count for your school
  5. Confirm that the receiving site(s) was in the class and number of students
    • Select what semester/s they were in the class
  6. When finished click “verify” button below the box
